Our Affordable Family Housing Programs include two different transitional housing programs as well as townhouse rentals for low income families with rent adjusted to income. Families pay no more than 30% of their gross income for rent and utilities.
The goals of these programs are to empower the families we serve to retain housing through educational/income development. Another goal is to provide parents with the support necessary to help their childern achieve their highest, personal best.
Both transitional programs include a youth enrichment program to help families with expenses for camp, swimming lessons, museum trips, and tutoring.
