This program began in January 2002 and is designed to meet an urgent need for affordable housing for families earning 30% to 50% of area median income.  The families we serve come from shelters and transitional housing programs or are in imminent danger of homelessness. Currently we own four homes serving four families totaling thirteen children.

The housing Partnership Program also includes a wide range of supportive services through our Case Manager.  These services provide the care and intervention necessary to help participating families solve some of the difficult problems of life.  The goals of this program are to empower the families we serve to retain housing through educational and income development.
