Making Home Possible, One Swing at a Time: A Look Back at Our 2nd Annual Golf Tournament
The sun was shining, the greens were perfect, and the community spirit was unmatched at Old Hickory Golf Club on October 3rd as the Good Shepherd Housing Foundation (GSHF) hosted its 2nd Annual “Make Home Possible” Golf Tournament.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors, players, volunteers, and supporters, this year’s event raised over $6,000 — all in support of our mission to provide affordable, stable housing for individuals and families throughout Prince William County.
A Day of Golf, Giving, and Gratitude
From the early morning tee-offs to the final putts, the day was filled with camaraderie, friendly competition, and shared purpose. Participants enjoyed 18 holes on one of Northern Virginia’s most scenic courses, followed by a celebration of community impact over lunch and awards.
Every dollar raised directly supports GSHF’s housing programs — helping residents move from instability to security. Your support ensures that families have a safe place to call home, children have a stable environment to thrive, and neighbors facing homelessness can find hope and opportunity.
Thank You to Our Supporters
This event would not have been possible without our amazing community partners and supporters.
