Matching Gift 2024

Dear Friends of Good Shepherd Housing Foundation,

Good Shepherd Housing Foundation announces the Holiday Matching Gift Campaign for 2024. Following generous gifts from our donors in past matching campaigns, we are planning to continue this year in support of our Strategic Plan objectives.

This year in support of the Prince William County Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program, we introduced a second HCV home supporting our Mission to provide affordable housing for individuals struggling with mental illness and families with extremely low to limited income. This campaign will help us toward providing a third home for another family in the HCV program in the future.

In October, we held our inaugural “Make Home Possible” Golf Tournament, and we plan to hold it again in October 2025. Fundraising events like our golf outing, individual donations, state and private grants are all funding means that not only allow Good Shepherd to maintain the homes and services currently provided, but support expanding the number of affordable housing units for the community.

With your help we hope to exceed past years’ donations with this year’s Matching Fund challenge. We know that the need for affordable housing for families and individuals is only increasing and programs like ours help to fill this gap.

We can accept your donations online by clicking here or by mail at:
